About Us

 

Saddleworth Medical Practice is a friendly, long established, semi-rural training practice situated on the western side of the Pennines. Our main surgery is located in Uppermill village, with our branch surgery being in Delph village.

Administratively we fall within Oldham metropolitan borough, and Oldham primary care trust is the responsible NHS body.

Currently we provide primary care services to more than 13,000 patients residing within our practice area.

Our goal is to provide high quality, timely and accessible health care to our patients. Due to our relative isolation we have developed access to a number of services at the practice to avoid unnecessary journeys to the hospital.

Both clinical and administrative staff undergo regular appraisal and undertake training designed to meet the needs of our patients, providing a professional and courteous service.
